Facing & Boring
• from small process flanges up to turntable/turret and chain-stopper flanges 15,000mm diameter and above (flat to within 0.2mm)

Bearing Diameter Turning & Grinding
• moonpool bearing turning and boring
• Inconnel bearing grinding up to 15,000mm diameter 500mm long to an Ra 1.6mm or better.

Chain Stopper Supports & Bearing Pocket Milling &Drilling
• linear rail, hydraulically powered milling machines ideal for machining bearing block pockets
• specialised drilling machines follow on to drill and tap bearing block location holes
• chainstopper lugs line bored and faced
• housing bored up to 1500mm diameter x 8000mm overall

Laser Alignment
• top to bottom (up to 25 metres) turntable flange alignment checks
• moonpool to turntable bearing support alignment
• CALRAM hinge bore alignment. In-house Machining
• full range of off site machining services available to assist in the smooth progress of any project
• chainstopper bodies, supports and lockers finish machined
• fast turnaround on general engineered components in hardox, duplex, inconnel, stainless steels and mild steel
• range of additional services e.g. pipe freezing, hot tapping and bolt tensioning can be undertaken by sub contractors on our approved vendor list
