Milling
Milling operations use a combination of milling heads, slides, beams and rails, configured to suit particular applications.
Milling operations:
• face milling (diameter 315mm, up to
8mm depth) in one pass.
• end milling
• slot drilling
• can be combined with the larger
flange facing machines
• can be fitted to various slideway
systems and/or milling frames to
permit milling up to 7m lengths or pads
up to 4000 long x 2000 wide in one
setting
Applications of milling equipment include:
• motor and pump mount
• parallel rail mount
• shaft and housing keyways
